Delete account

This is how to delete your account

If you for some reason would like to delete your account at Mondido this is how to do. 

NOTE! It will not be possible to undo this step and it will not be possible to restore the account. 


IF you have several different accounts on your email address, please make sure that you are in the correct account before deleting the account. 


IF you have any recurring payments/subscriptions/stored card set up through your account, please read the yellow note in the end of this guide.


  1. Go to Mondido admin and choose "Integration" in the menu to the left. You will see this:

  2. Click on the tab "Products and services"
  3. In the "Danger zone" you have a "Delete account" button. Make sure to read the warning text carefully. 
  4. You will now get a warning if you are sure that you like to delete the account forever. If this is your intention click "OK".

  5. If you do not have any other account you will see the a screen as below. If  you have other account you will be transfered to that. 


If you have any recurring payments set up through your account, it's important to deactivate all plans/subscriptions before deleting your account. This will prevent any further charges from being made to your customers after your account has been deleted.

To deactivate a plan or subscription, follow these steps:

  1. When you are logged in to Mondido, in the menu to the left go to "Billing plans".
  2. Find the relevant plan/subscription connected to your recurring payments. (If you are unsure if a plan is active or not we suggest that you check it).
  3. Click on the plan/subscription to open the details.
  4. You should find "Cancel subscriptions for this plan". Uncheck the box and click on the text "Cancel subscriptions for......" and approve that you like to cancel it. Do the same for all plans with active subscriptions.


  5. Once all plans and subscriptions have been deactivated, go to "Integration" in the menu to the left and choose the tab "Products and services". Deactivate "Recurring payment" and approve the deactivation.


When all plans/subscriptions are deactivated and you have deactivated "Recurring payments", you can continue with deleting your account.
