How to fill in your Swish Onboarding

In order to accept live Swish payments from your customers, you need to have a Swish Handel agreement with your bank. If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to contact your bank and sign up for a Swish Handel agreement today. Also please ask your bank to add Mondido as a Technical supplier. Once you have the agreement, you will receive a number starting with 123… that you will need to enter in the field mentioned below which will enable you to accept Swish payments. (Please note that Swish is only available for Swedish companies)

When you have created an account at Mondido and filled in your business information you will see our Onboarding for different payment options. It will look like below. For Swish you click on the row for Swish to get to the Swish Onboarding. 

You will then see the following: 

1. Currency - You see (SEK - Swedish Krona) here as it is the mandatory and the only currency accepted by Swish.
2. Swish number - Here you need to enter the Swish number starting with 123… that you received from your bank.
3. Status
Waiting: Shows if you haven't selected us as a provider yet or the details provided in swish number and organization number is incorrect and you need to verify and enter the correct information

Verified: Shows If the above steps are completed correctly, you will see a confirmation message “Your swish number is verified. You can now enable swish for your customers to use” and also receive a confirmation email to enable the payment method.

Enable - Once the status is verified this button is active and you can click to enable and start accepting live Swish payments from your customers.
